Hugh's MP3 Pick:
Bob Dylan
"All Along the Watchtower"
In the wake of the Biography channel's show on Bob Dylan, it
seemed appropriate to dig into the web and come up with something
to steal from him. And I got help from accomplice Steve Allen,
the MP3 Guide here at about. His current feature on finding MP3s
on the web steered me to Audio Find. All you have to do is enter
"Bob Dylan" in the search field and presto, you come
up with a bunch of Dylan MP3s, mostly bootlegged live performances,
it seems. Anyway, "All Along the Watchtower," made famous
by Jimi Hendrix, is a few entries down.

Those of you who are sharp will realize that you now have a neat new resource to find your own MP3s. Seems worth a bookmark.

And, of course, you should check out the official Bob site,
which has a great selection of articles, a massive bibliography,
and lyrics to all Dylan's songs, complete with short sound clips
from multiple versions found among the albums:

Enjoy.
